Craig Clyde

Craig Clyde (Book)

Craig Clyde (BOOK) has appeared in over sixty films and national television programs, as well as numerous stage roles as an actor. He was “Cornelius Hackl” in the original national tour of Hello, Dolly!. A member of AEA and SAG, he has written and directed feature film, motion picture, and television dramas. His twenty-one feature films include Miracle Dogs, The Derby Stallion, The Last Mustang, and Storm Rider. A Wall Apart marks his debut writing for the stage.

Sam Goldstein, Ph. D.

Sam Goldstein, Ph. D. (Book)

Sam Goldstein, Ph. D. (BOOK) is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine and Clinical Director of the Neurology Learning and Behavior Center. Sam has authored fifty books as well as over three dozen science book chapters. He has served as Executive Producer and Writer for a number of film projects including the award winning documentary Tough Times, Resilient Kids. A Wall Apart is his fifth writing collaboration with Craig, and first with Graham.

Lord Graham Russell

Lord Graham Russell (Music and Lyrics)

Lord Graham Russell (Music and Lyrics) is the Songwriter and a founding member of Air Supply. Their hit songs and twenty three albums have charted for five decades throughout the world. Billboard magazine recently honored the band in the top 100 most successful groups of all time. While still performing over 130 live shows with Air Supply every year, Graham is now dedicated to composing for the theatre. This is Graham’s third musical score and first project with Sam and Craig.

Keith Andrews (Director and Choreographer)

Keith Andrews (Director and Choreographer) is an NYC-based Director and Choreographer. He directed the National Tours of The Full Monty and Hello Muddah, Hello Faddah. Keith has directed and choreographed all around the country including the Regional Premieres of Rock of Ages, The Wedding Singer, Spamalot, and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. He also directed the World Premiere of Cold as Ice, the first book-musical performed entirely on ice. His 2015 production of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels won six New Hampshire Theater Awards.

Jonathan Ivie (Jivie) (Musical Director and Arranger)

Jonathan Ivie (Jivie) (Musical Director and Arranger) - Jonathan Ivie comes to A Wall Apart having recently music-directed Lord Graham Russell’s musicals Lost in Love, and Sweet Dreams. As an NYC resident since 2012, he has performed on Broadway (Rock of Ages - Keyboard/Conductor), NYMF (Crude: The Musical - 2016), Off-Broadway (50 Shades, Ha! the Musical, Natasha, Pierre…), and is currently the MD for the tours of Rock the Presidents and Odd Squad LIVE!, as well as the MD for LA-based The Company Men.

Gayle Waxenberg (Executive Director)

Gayle D. Waxenberg (Executive Director) - Gayle’s career began on Wall Street where she managed the Marketing and Corporate Communications for a premiere investment bank. A born advocate, she left the for-profit sector and committed herself to raising awareness for those less fortunate. Recognizing the power of the stories she captured, she launched The Telling Company as a forum for telling real-life stories influencing social change through art. She has now brought TTC to NewYorkRep, becoming a founding member with Markus Potter.

Markus Potter (Artistic Director)

Markus Potter (Artistic Director) is an NYC-based Director and the Producing Artistic Director of NewYorkRep. Markus recently directed Church & State and Stalking the Bogeyman Off-Broadway at New World Stages (Outer Critics Circle Award nomination, NY Times' Critics Pick), London’s Southwark Playhouse (Off West End Award nomination), Lost Boy Found In Whole Foods by Tammy Ryan at The Portland Stage Company, Why You Beasting by David Don Miller, Weston Playhouse, North Carolina Stage Company, NJ Rep, and Pasadena Playhouse.

Michael Rico Cohen (General Manager)

Michael Rico Cohen (General Manager) - Rico has been the General Manager of NewYorkRep/The Telling Company since 2013, and has worked on the Broadway companies of A Bronx Tale, Fully Committed, Amazing Grace, Matilda, Chaplin, Billy Elliot, Bonnie & Clyde, and the touring companies of Evita, and American Idiot. Off-Broadway/Regional: Clinton The Musical, Signature Theatre Company, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Berkshire Theater Festival. Rico has also managed events for Billboard, Victoria’s Secret, Amway, Marc Jacobs, and Samsung.
